Documents of the former ICSU Panel on World Data Centers (WDCs)

This correction of documents (PDF) on the activities of the ICSU Panel on World Data Centers (WDCs) nearly in the last half of the period in action (1957-2008) is based on those preserved at the WDS International Programme Office since 2011.  Original documents were transferred from the former WDC administrative office at the WDC for Solar-Terrestrial Physics, Boulder, Colorado, USA upon its closure.  This collection includes annual reports of activities of WDC, records of the WDC Panel meetings, important notifications addressing the WDC members, reports of special activities conducted by the Panel, etc.  This collection will be useful particularly to trace historical flow in the transition phase from the former WDC system to the WDS that took place in the 2000s until the closure of the Panel in 2008.  Documents can be sorted from the table shown below on a yearly base.
