Asia Oceania Space Weather Alliance (AOSWA)

AOSWA was established in 2010 for encouraging cooperation and sharing of information among institutes in the Asia-Oceania region concerned with and interested in space weather.  This activity has been led by the Space Weather and Environment Informatics Laboratory of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT, Tokyo Japan) which is hosting the WDC for Ionosphere and Space Weather (WDS Regular Member).

Asia Pacific Network for Global Change Research

An intergovernmental network to engage with governments, research institutions, scientists and practitioners across the member countries and beyond.  Its vision is to support collaborative regional research, scientific capacity development, and strengthening linkages between the science, policy, and practitioner communities.  Although this is not a data portal but useful to know the current status of environmental data in the A&O area.
